The Southwest Michigan FAN chapter serves the tri-county area of Berrien, Cass, and St. Joseph counties. Our mission is to assist families and individuals impacted by addiction through education and connection to helpful programs. We will host quarterly forums to share information and bring together local partners working to address addiction in the region. Our goal is to help build a well-informed and connected region that recognizes the challenges of addiction and the possibilities of recovery.
