In 2007, Face Addiction Now (FAN) began as a small group of local residents who gathered in a church basement in Fraser, MI, after losing young lives to substance use. What started as a single meeting has grown into a statewide effort—bringing people together to share reliable information about substance use disorder (SUD), recovery, and the realities families face.
FAN Forums are open to anyone impacted by substance use. Whether you’re in recovery, currently facing challenges, or supporting someone who is, these gatherings offer a space for honest conversation, shared perspective, and practical information.
We know how isolating substance use can be—for individuals and families alike. That’s why these forums exist: to bring people together and offer tools, connection, and real-world insight.
