Donna Bacolor Howard has served as a Judge with the Berrien County Trial Court since 2015. She currently presides over two specialized court programs—Adult Mental Health Court (since 2016) and Adult Drug/DWI Court (since 2018). In addition, she oversees the Civil Division and the Business Court. Judge Howard has presented for the Michigan Judges Association and the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She has also participated in professional development efforts through the Michigan Association of Treatment Court Professionals for many years.
