Donna Bacolor Howard has been a Judge with the Berrien County Trial Court since 2015. She is currently the Presiding Judge over two problem-solving courts -- Adult Mental Health Court (since 2016) and Adult Drug/DWI Treatment Court (since 2018). She is also Presiding Judge over the Civil Division and specialized Business Court. She has been a recent presenter for the Michigan Judges Association and Business Law section of the State Bar of Michigan, and has been an active participant with the Michigan Association of Treatment Court Professionals for many years.
