Join Face Addiction Now (FAN) for Yoga for Recovery—an approachable, movement-based program designed to support individuals in sobriety. These gentle yoga sessions combine stretching, breath techniques, and relaxation exercises to promote strength, focus, and physical well-being.

Open to all experience levels, this program offers a welcoming environment for anyone looking to add structure and calm to their recovery journey. Each session is guided by experienced instructors who understand how intentional movement can complement long-term recovery goals.

Yoga for Recovery is currently offered in Macomb, NW Wayne, and Washtenaw Counties.
