Roger Panella is an executive with leadership roles in automotive, healthcare, logistics, and nonprofits, known for driving process improvements and cost savings across operations, materials management, transportation, compensation planning, and finance. He developed benchmarked health care solutions, negotiated with unions and suppliers, and cut warehousing and distribution costs.
Panella previously served as COO of the Greater Detroit Area Health Council, Vice President at Allied Systems Holdings, Inc., and held executive positions at Chrysler, where he managed healthcare for 350,000 people and co-led healthcare for national UAW negotiations. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a BA from Michigan State University, and completed executive education at IMD in Switzerland and Harvard Kennedy School in Massachusetts.
