Dr. Robert J. Lagrou, DO, is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in general psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addiction medicine, with more than two decades of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. He completed his medical training at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residency at Henry Ford Health System and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Lagrou has held numerous senior leadership roles, including Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, and State Surgeon for the Michigan Army National Guard, and has been deeply involved in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based behavioral health care.
