Washtenaw Face Addiction Now (WFAN) seeks to change and save lives by empowering individuals and communities through education, prevention, and support. We partner with area treatment and public safety professionals, the legal community, and local nonprofits to facilitate change in the way substance use disorder (SUD) is viewed and treated in Washtenaw County and beyond. At WFAN, we share our stories and our passion for helping people in recovery. We offer no-cost programs to people in recovery and their families.
Exercise for Recovery
Exercise can impact the brain in many ways that are helpful to addiction treatment, such as reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Washtenaw FAN partners with Orangetheory to offer free classes to those in recovery.
