Jayne has worked as a teacher and director of Blue & Gold, an after-school program at Owosso Public Schools. She also started a club for high school aged students called ACTION, through which students give back to their community by volunteering. In exchange, students can use ACTION for job applications, college applications, scholarships, International Baccalaureate, and community service. Jayne has raised two sons through the national opioid crisis, is involved in the community, and is a true leader at her school.
