Christine Sayers graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in sociology and criminal justice, proving early on that she likes understanding people and providing support to individuals during difficult times. She’s worked with at-risk youth, served as a juvenile court officer, and facilitated CBT groups, where she discovered her passion for helping individuals in recovery. Since joining the 55th District Sobriety Court Team in 2017, Christine has combined accountability, compassion, and a good sense of humor to help people rebuild their lives—one laugh (and one court date) at a time. She believes she learns just as much from the people on probation as they do from her, finding inspiration in their resilience, honesty, and determination to change.
