Kendra Overla, Chief of Police for the city of Alma, is a Gratiot County native and a graduate of Delta College and Central Michigan University. A dedicated community volunteer, Kendra joined the Gratiot FAN board to help create opportunities for health and healing. She believes that the collaborative efforts of FAN and the Hope Not Handcuffs program provide compassion, support, and essential resources to community members in need.
