Steve is a trauma therapist and men's group facilitator. In the past 10 years he has helped over 1,000 individuals heal pain, find freedom, and live with purpose. He has a master’s degree from the University of Michigan, and has trained in numerous body-based healing modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. He combines these techniques with breath and nervous system training to create lasting change. 

In 2009, a near-fatal car accident challenged Steve to completely rebuild his life. There were years of physical pain and emotional confusion. A men’s group taught him what real connection and accountability is. Sobriety helped him to find clarity. Therapy showed him what it means to be a whole person. That experience of rebuilding from the ground up and discovering something better on the other side is what drives Steve's work and what he brings into the room with every client.
